Step by Step podcast process:
1)   Click on the podcast that you would like to download.  
2)   The next screen will prompt you to SAVE the file somewhere on your computer.  Choose an easy place to access and remember.
3)   Move the file into iTunes or the digital media player application of your choice.  If you are using iTunes, you will open the iTunes application, click on “File,” scroll down to “Add to Library” and then choose the location on your computer where you saved the class.
4)   You can either sync your iPod or drag the class from your library onto your iPod.
5)   When you are ready to use your iPod to work out, you can find Make It Fit class file in the MOVIES section of your ipod.  
6)   Please be aware that these podcasts are large files and may take up to 5 minutes to download.
